How does scientific research make its way into a published paper? 🔬📄

On October 15th, we had the pleasure of hosting From Research to Publication, an author workshop with Optica at Politecnico di Milano, bringing together around 20 participants interested in the world of scientific publishing.

The workshop offered valuable insights into the editorial process, peer review, manuscript preparation, and abstract writing. Participants also had the opportunity to put their skills into practice through an interactive abstract-writing exercise and exchange questions and ideas with experienced editors.
