Within the traveling Lecturer Grant programme, we organized the event “Start-Up Science: How does Academia turn into Industry?” focused on the exploitation of experimental knowledge for industry and society, from scientific curiosity to real world applications. 

In a the form of a roundtable, our keynote speaker, Prof. Ursula Keller from ETH Zurich, together with 4 successful start-ups (NIREOS, Tmek, FLEEP Technologies, pioNIRS) from Politecnico di Milano have shared with us their inspiring stories and experiences.
